What is the overclocking potential of an ASUS K8V SE DeLuxe mobo + AMD64 Athlon 3200+ processor with 2x512 MB Nanya Technologies DDR SDRAM and with no extra cooling?

No body knows, all chips are different.

I have the board. That over clocking feature is real good beacuse, of the protection they say it gives you. Try it a little bit at a time. I do like the jumperless features. I don't use these and I have had problem sbut, the mb is ok so far.

With the latest BIOS update version 1006 i cannot use the Cool&Quit option. If its enabled after the POST it gives a me warning that overclocking failed and if i wanna enter the BIOS setup menu. With build 1005 i never had this problem before.

You cannot use cool and Queit whilst overclocking, the voltage changes applied by Q&C will instabalise your overclock.

I don't wanna overclock it, I just want to enable Cool&Quit.
