I checked into it, and this is from the AIM Ad-Hack site.
The user understands that modifying AOL's code may be a violation of my license agreement, and do so of their free will.

Kinda hard to say from that, as they do not say whether it is or is not. I'll investigate further when I have time.

Ummm ok... so who is "my license agreement"? Looks like AOL goofed up on there legal documents. So ya, that's a loophole. AOL can not refer 3rd party as "my" they need to specify the license agreement or refer the definition of "my" in the beginning of the EULA, which I did not see. Anyway, it's improper grammer.. in that sentence alone they refer to the user (you) that any alteration will void "my license agreement".. so who is "my"?

However, very nice work.. almost starting to look like my (not refering to AOL) CD ;)

I've made my own such CD (actually it's a mini-DVD - 1.4GB). A couple of welcome, freeware additions would be About:Buster, which has saved two different computers for me. Another would be Index.dat Suite. Both can be found either at BetaNews or Softpedia.
