faf4life
If you have identical files on your CD, you could use CDIMAGE to save space. What it does is put each identical file only once into the image and create some sort of link to the other occurences of that file.E.g. you have the file X, which is in folder A, B and C. Instead of writing it three times into the image, it writes it only once, and makes links from folder A, B and C to direkt to the physical location of the file in the image.PS: I hope that explanation is correct, otherwise someone please correct me.. jaclaz
The explanation is correct, the only prob is that CDIMAGE is "for internal use only".There are some other tools that can make the "optimized" ISO, see here:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=39994jaclaz

faf4life
No, it is not, unless you want to put the same MP3 more than once onto a CD

Alanoll
not entirely true...you can hold about 730MB give or take on a 700MB CD. That problem comes with hardware and software. Does you software support overburning and how much recovery sectors do you want? If you do a Mode2-XA i think, you can make out yoru CD but you need overburn capabilities. vampirhuta
You must buy a 90min CD-R to write more than 700mb. I do it with 90min cd-r I just burn 846mb with nero (overburn).
