Now your multiboot I suggest you re do it again going over each step in the guide these are a little trickier than the normal os in multiboot.

Have you tried optimizing your dvd? (aka when making the dvd don't forget the optimize switch!) That can reduce the size of your dvd considerably, and maybe you'll be able to fit it on a dvd-rw

I recreate the Iso with Nero, mode DVD-Rom (boot) tested it with VMware.

I do not have trouble with Bart's and Erd Commander.

My question is cdimage.exe cannot make an ISO of files upto more than 4 GB?

Dunno if ya right re the cdimage file size tho, positive youre wrong there fella....would be pretty useless if cdimage could not process files larger than 4 gig??
