    I recreate the Iso with Nero, mode DVD-Rom (boot) tested it with VMware. I do not have trouble with Bart's and Erd Commander. My question is cdimage.exe cannot make an ISO of files upto more than 4 GB?

    Yes, winbom.ini and "PROGRAMS" are in the root of disk.

    I'm trying to create a bootable DVD over 7GB of source file including winxp, bartpe ,knoppix.,additional folder with extra software (drivers, programs, codecs....) and i used cdshell. I want burn my projet into a single DVD (8.5GB). I have a DVD dual-layer recorder. I create the Iso with cdimage.exe and tested it with VMware. I get same error "Setupdd.sys could not be loaded. Error code 4" on launching Bart's and Erd Commander. Anyone had the same problem?
