Going to start a course

Hi guys. Im about to start MCSE Microsoft Certified System Enginneer on Windows 2003 and CISCO courses, and I want to buy a laptop. Cause im traveling to main land and cant take my whole rig.

I was thinking of buying Acer TravelMate 8000 ... But im not sure.

Can u guys give me some opinions about the laptop or any other ideas?

That looks like a really good laptop, and I've never heard anything really bad about Acer, so I think you should be good with that

I've had sucess with Alienware, IBuyPower and Dell laptops. Varied amounts of sucess, but overall I was happy with the purchases.

unless u get a duff one (praying that you dont now lol) you wont be disappointed - just be careful with the platinumsecret thing (you'll see what i mean when you get the laptop)

PS God - think i should work for acer lol or at least get some commision. Any Acer employee's looking at this??
