I'll never suggest to anyone free web hosting. Most are not reliable and as they say "You get what you pay for" BUT if you absolutely can't afford to pay for hosting this thread is one of the best that list almost every single free host there is:

i haven't seen spymac listed, www.spymac.net

pros: 1gb of web storage, 1gb mail and fast (100mb max each folder)

cons: sometimes is down, only plain html is supported and is only accessible via webdav or webftp

at the moment for my needs there's nothing better...

yes it is, you can obtain better service after buying a subscription but the features i described are for free hosting. just register a new account and you'll obtain a "username.spymac.net" domain

It only gives 100 MB, btw.
