internal error 2738?

i downloaded the retina network security scanner,but when i try to install it,i get this error:

INTERNAL ERROR 2738

whats that mean?

thanks,it worked ,but there is another problem ,when i start it it gives the old error that the program has encountered a problem and need to be closed,if you were in the middle of something...

does anyone know why is that?

i get this error in some of my programs.
