I have my RunOnceEx.cmd under C:\XPCD\$OEM$\ but when I run the ISO under microsoft virtualPC it said it cant find the C:\install\runOnceEx.cmd (I think, I really foregot what happend today)

this i know for a fact, i want to be able to put applications on a dvd and have it install with windows. I have the apps under \$OEM$\$1\Install\APP name.exe but when it get to the point to install it it said that it cant find C:\Install|APP name.exe . When I test It I test the ISO before i wuld burn to dvd.

runonceex.cmd would be in C:\, not c:\install

Mine works fine like this m8

\XPCD\$OEM$\RunOnceEx.cmd

Create a bootable Iso using nLite and just for ease Save it to C: drive

then what do I put in the winnt.sif file i have

[GuiRunOnce]

%cdrom%\install\RunOnceEx.cmd

I did have %system% but it didnt work.

but what I want to do is to have a dvd with applications to install.

please be specific because I need detail, tell me will to put every file and what to put in the wwinnt.sif file.

To be honest youre going about it all wrong, youre combining a mixture of 2 different methods (GuiRunOnce and RunOnceEx), if youre going to use RunOnceEx, check out this guide to get more familiar with using the RunOnceEx method (which youll see doesnt use any entry in winnt.sif), then read up on this guide to learn how to use RunOnceEx to install applications directly from your CD. Youll find its really not too difficult once you get the concept down...

it didnt mess up but it didnt install it, but i have to play with it till i get it to work.
