Classic Setup Look

Is there a way to tell setup to use the classic look (windows 2000 style) without using nLite??

Just a quick question about this subject.

Does adding the following to the winnt.sif file

work for this

no, this regards the design of the startmenu

I think the entry

DefaultStartPanelOff = Yes

only disables the new Win XP Start Menu and enables the old Win 9x one.
