I am using firefox 1.0.2, i was wondering if anyone out there knows how to automaticaly remove the internet temp files as you log out of windows by setting a registary key, similar to the one for removing internet explorer temp files???

you could create an application which would run silently

in the background when you logon, and when being called to

terminate itself by windows, code it to delete the content of the

firefox temp folder..

it's easy doable in autoplay media studio...

Make a simple dos batch that deletes the files in the directory. Then accosiate the batch to your desired user account as a logout script..In XP it can be done via "lusrmgr.msc" as "Local Users and Groups" -management console.

Better yet make it an extension for firefox :)

FIrefox's options have cache, history, temp files, downloaded files etc etc all stored. You could create an extension that runs with firefox and says, upon exit, clear all.

Id do it if I knew where to start.
