hi how do you get GPO's to run in a windows 2k server.

Windows 2k server

windows 2k workstations

user in active directory, and in the OU Home

Right click the OU, and set up GPO all seems ok

When user logs on GPO have not made any changes

What am I doing wrong

try to update gpo using secedit command with /force switch from cmd

What is the GPO you are trying to set? And where are you setting it?

Ok just running secedit now to see what happens

I am trying to run the gpo from active directory, I have made a OU called home and have right click the OU properties (forgive my spelling) group pol, new, and have set the security up from there, and thats as far as it will go.

Any help
