you must reinstall your Windows Media Server

Start -> Programs -> administrative tools -> Configure Your Server Wizard

Or

Start -> Programs -> administrative tools -> Manage your server

click add or remove a role, this will get you the same wizard as configure your server wizard.

Then add Streaming media server
