Unc Path And Wpi?

Hello everybody and sorry for my question that i'm sure had ever been posted a lot of time but a little search here don t give me satisfaction...

In my company all my software a repackage in msi file for it s self healing.

But if we want keep the interest of the msi we have to launch the msi from an UNC path (to don t have to mount a disk for the self healing)

But when i try to configure (with the configurator) WPI my "\\" dissapear after have saving...if i put "\\\" or "\\\\" i ve got the same after 2 or 3 save...

How can i do ?
