I reformatted my laptop as soon as I got it and reloaded with Pro. Dunno then. XP Home has terrible networking fuctioniality. There is nothing under Control Panel --> Administrative Tools? That blows. Try running MMC from the command prompt and adding that module. I think you can add a few snap-ins in XP Home but not all.
