I use spyware doctor and spy sweeper all for IE but have now started useing Firefox

is there any such programs for firefox or dont i need any and can I visit any site without worry of spyware

i think spyware blaster works fine,, but its also still a nice ideal to run adware and spybot just for routine,

Correct. Spyware Blaster works great with Firefox. Besides, all it really blocks is cookies and bad sites.
