Yes, it is possible.

Easier way is using this FREEWARE utility from batch:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/nircmd.html

(there are many others around, but this one has a lot of other features that make it a must have tool)

I found my own solution, edit system.ini then makecab it into system.in_ then toss it back in I386 folder ;-)

Or you can delete the system.in_ before you copy system.inf to i386,

because the windows setup will not know the system.ini...

They know the system.in_,

Deleting the file is forcing setup to know the system.ini, not the system.in_.

actually I replace existing system.in_ , just type "makecab system.ini" in dos command window then it'll create system.in_ within same directory.
