Bittorrent Seeding And Connection Problem

i'm having problem with my BT seeding.

i have no problem with uploading when i'm downloading on the same file. But when i'm seeding a torrent, i don't have any upload, even when my BT client have detect peers, i cannot connect to them.

i have this problem with all the BT clients i have, the only way that works is by using super seed mode, but that's not even 1/20 of my upload speed.

the system i'm using is Windows XP SP2, please help
