Folders and "Access is Denied!"

How can I delete a folder that says "Access is denied" everytime I try deleting it...I created this folder....

GameHead- How about you clue us all in on how you fixed your pleblem...i think that would be helpful fo the future , that way people could search for information regarding this and they would find a fix..

yeah.. i got a similar problem when i had to reinstall windows and i(and still) is unable to even view nor delete it.. **** users accounts..
