Help! I am trying to help my mother long distance with her computer. (She is somewhat technologically impaired!) Is Windows Picture and Fax Viewer a standard included program with all Windows95 operating systems? Thanks!

id recommend avepreview or irfanview , but no, its not included in 95, why use 95, its like 10yrs old, so far behind in technology.. u should atleast upgrade 2 98se or better IMO, if your pc can handle it (& 95 & 98 dont differ much in requirements)
