Hi

I have accidentaly made IE always open zip files when downloaded.

How do I return to where it asks if it should be saved or not?

Try this and see if it helps.

Open Control Panel

Select Folder Options

Click on the File Types tab

Select the ZIP extension

Click Advanced

Check the box "Confirm open after download"

Run Winzip. Goto OPTIONS and then CONFIGURATIONS. In the VIEW TAB click on the DEFAULT button. This should do it.

You could right click on links and select Save as... or learn about download managers.
