Hdd Partitions

I want to know how to provide option in (WinXP/2k) so that at the time of booting the system should provide me an option of booting from: for example

I am having 3 partitions namely:

c: (where i have OS files )- 3GB

d: (where i have softwares files )- 3GB

e: (empty )- 3GB

f:(CD drive)

I want to make sure that system at the time of booting will provide me option like

" Press c to boot from C drive"

" Press d to boot from D drive"

" Press e to boot from E drive"

How to do this? IS ie necessary to write some code for this?...if yes how to do that?
