Lost Soul Posted February 15, 2005 Posted February 15, 2005 hi i just started to use outpost pro 2.5 because ive read about its reviewswell i like using a voip program called CQphoneits requires 3 ports to be open inorder for it to work properly the ports are . Port 24960 TCP is used to receive incoming CQPhone calls. With some firewalls you must give cqphone.exe permission to listen on this port as a TCP server. · Port 24961 UDP is used for voice. · Port 24962 TCP is used for videowell with in outpost the only port open is the 24960 tcp port ,,, so that means i cant hear nor seedoes any one know if its possible to open ports with outpost pro 2.5 and if so how can i accomplish this task ?
SiMoNsAyS Posted February 15, 2005 Posted February 15, 2005 just change the mode from "rules assitant" to "permissive mode". it will just ask for access when 1 component is modified.

Lost Soul Posted February 15, 2005 Author Posted February 15, 2005 yes its called allow most mode in this version,, thank you simon for all your help
