I just created my first ISO image with the latest version of Xpreate.

ISO image is 723 megs. Nero limites ISO image to 721 megs.

What can I take out?

You might also try nLite against the source as well, to remove items you will not need. nLite has its own forum on this board, under Member Contributed Projects.
