First install elements 3.0

Other open regedit save your reg-key

Save that elements.reg

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{851C6 7EF-068A-4060-9EF5-2E3DDCD68382}]

Add to elements.reg

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\3.0\Registration]

In order to skip that reg your software

In foldern Documents and Settings\userprofile\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elemets\3.0\Organizer

creates man a file smiled.txt in smiled.txt
