I have a domain setup on my server is it possible for me to create another domain on the same server using active directory? if yes whats the best way to do it? Woudl i need to reconfigure DNS also i use my routers DHCP server (cetain reasons why i have to use the routers DHCP) and any other settings that i need to configure?

not in the same operating system...

You could run VMWare, but this is not optimal for performance... but depending on what you need it for this might be a solution...
