firefoxthebomb
I have tried to search but have come out blank. When I right click on My computer, I have the option to click on Manage. When I click on this, it brings up Computer Management were you can manipulate serveral options on you computer. Like this:Now what I want to know is what is the command that starts this, if i go to start then run what would I type in there. I want to be able to do this on some computers that do not have admin rights. I would like to be able to right click on the executable and tell it to run as, so that I can run it as an admin.Hope this makes sense.

IcemanND
just did a search of my system for *.msc since I couldn't remember the name. Then ran it to make sure I had the right one.
oftentired
Could someone please tell us where this information is found...be it a book for somewhere else?I say that more than 50% of the task of resolving or answering computer problems is knowing where the information comes from to answer them.Best place to start is with the HELP file of the program the problem is related and don't forget the HELP that comes with Windows.Next step is to look for Google hits using various keywords that seem likely to provide success. horsecharles
nobody likes using windows help anymore-- i'm guilty of that too: esp. because of Google....and if everyone used both the forum search & Google, this place'd become a desert...
