"Stop" Removable devices via batch / vbs?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a way to use a batch for vbscript file to "Stop" a particular removable device as opposed to having to double click on the systray icon, click the device, click stop, then click ok... More specifically, I only need it for my USB key, which I swap in and out all the time

Theres got to be a more automated way to do this.

"Grab key. Pull out." :D

I don't know if there is a way to do this from the command line or not. It seems to me that there would be far to many variables involved for it to be possible from the command line, but you never know.
