EliasXP Posted January 29, 2005 Posted January 29, 2005 I have windows xp media center 2005, but i can't install this on my pc, it says: u don't have a windows media pc, etc... Is there a way top hack/crack this security?
Tsunami Posted January 29, 2005 Posted January 29, 2005 Edit: sorry, you were talking about hacking, so I figured you didn't buy it. I just read the same as Shark007 said on xpmce.com, you can't install MCE just like that. Maybe you can get a key changer to change your key to your MCE key, and then try to install it...
EliasXP Posted January 29, 2005 Author Posted January 29, 2005 i did buy it , but if i'm trying to install, the installation says that my computer is not a media center computer
Shark007 Posted January 29, 2005 Posted January 29, 2005 You cant 'upgrade' to a Media Center 2005 Installation.It requires a clean install.Shark
