linking to system folders in htt (webview)

could any of you guys tell me how to link to a system folder (maybe through clsid)

like my docs or control panel from a link in htt (the webview html format)

this is on WIN98SE

any help would be greatly appreciated.

is there anything worong with the above code (from the default folder.htt edited)

i've seen this snytax used on winme and 2000 webviews but not on 98 :(
