hi friends

i having following queries regarding unattended xp installation

1. how to always get detail view in windows explorer permanently instead of larger icons view

2. how to always or permanently get the view status bar option

3. how to apply these styles for all folders

4. Taskbar should be

- Autohide

- Show quick launch

5. how to get adjust for best performance or custom option in My computer ---> System Properties ---> Performance Options

i mean how to disable all that shadows, fade outs extra which takes up lots of Ram

6. how to disable error reporting

7. unchecking automatic restart checkbox in my computer ---> system properties --> advance ---> startup and recovery

and also how to reduce the default timeout for operating systems

8. and finally most important how to group all the favorite links in

winnt.sif

in a group folder instead of individual links such as
