I saved all my files with extension mht (Single file Web page), now I am trying to access these files but I am getting error message when I open them,,,,why?

I saved heaps of my important data as mht,,now I can not access them!!!

Do you really think this has something to do w/ Windows NT4/2000/2003?

Yes you are right, It is my fault , I should have put it in software issue

first, if you removed Outlook Express using nLite, you might no longer be able to access .mht files.

And then, I saw the above situation happen totally at random. Some machines seem to not be able to open MHTs, and others open it fine - but the OS and apps are all the same! :mad:

What should I do to be able to access these type of files?

I've been able to view MHT files with Word. If you save a Word document as a web page it creates a MHT file.
