FTP

How do I set up an FTP so I can host files on my own PC and people can download directly from me when I give them the link to a file on my HD?

Any info would be appreciated.

personally, i use QuicknEasyFTPServer, its small (like 600KB) for server

& i use DeluxeFTP for a viewer/downloader its about same size 600KB

So I could use QuicknEasyFTPServer to allow people to download directly from me?

yep, providing they had an account or your ftpserver or if u have it setup 2 allow annonymous users to access it

if you have winxp pro you could use iis, o extra software needed.

myself I use serv-u ftp. I find it the best FTP spftware after testing many others.
