There are previous topics existing on printer installs.Yeah but nothing i can use for any thing!First of all the posts i find is only if U use nLite! and sec of all i dont use nLite....Maybe i could if there were a .inf file for this printer to install under WinXP, but since the driveres for XP doesnt use .inf files i cant, as of what i know....So i ask again help plz somebody ?!?!?!?

Shark007 Posted February 1, 2005 Posted February 1, 2005 My Canon i470D has an *.inf file.I install this like any other driver,by placing its path in the WINNT.SIF file as follows:[Unattended] OemPnPDriversPath="drivers\CANON;drivers\nvidia"I leave the printer turned on during the installation of windowsand when windows is ready to use for the 1st timeso is my printer.Shark
