<SparTacuS> Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Very slightly OT but when I tried using oversize CD's (Not Overburned) - I found that they burned fine, read fine on a running system but failed everytime when installing from them - at the GUI/39m stage.Maybe me, but I feel that for maximum compatability you need to stick to standard formats.

Incroyable HULK Posted January 19, 2005 Author Posted January 19, 2005 Hummm... I had bad result with my overburned Maxell 700Mo... it is giving CRC redundant error. So I guess that overburning is only for oversized Media, not regular one... BTW, the 850Mo VCD-R is working fine
