i thought we weren't even supposed to mention that file, cause i remember getting screamed at for mentioning, i know we cannot mention how to change it, nor refer to any sites that do.

OEM u get with the brand new PC from hardware manufacturer and retail is the one u buy separately..

Yes it can.

We have bought many PC's with XP Home OEM installed and i always upgrade it to Pro.
