hi, version 3.3.3 doesn't display correctly in resolution lower than 1024

I haven't found anything to address this either. I'm learning but just not quick enough. I did a search for an answer and found this. If anyone can give me some direction to get it to display properly in 800 by 600 that would be great.

but I use it in notebook, its resolution is too big,nut 800*600

anybody could tell me how to let it become 800*600 ?
