I have used Regshot to "watch" for changes, I just want a toolbar as shown in picture...

I would assume its the same reg key as the quick launch. Basically what youll need to do is setup your task bar exactly how you want it and export the following key

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams\Desktop]

record the changes b4 & after with regsnap :P

Did that, and then added them to the registry after removing the toolbar , ng

well.. another thing that should be mentioned... if it is like the quick launch reg tweak... which I really think it is, it must be applied before the 1st time the user logs on.

So for example, if you use runonceex method, this needs to be applied before it runs. You cant simply add this tweak while youre logged in and expect to see the results upon next restart.
