VitoCorleone Posted December 31, 2004 Author Posted December 31, 2004 thnx i'm getting right to it just don't get me wrong i used nLite but it doesn't give an option of slipstreaming programs.
MCT Posted December 31, 2004 Posted December 31, 2004 thats cuz originally nLite WAS a windows reduction utility, now its slowly being adapted to more, tweaks, hotfix integration, drivers integration
prathapml Posted December 31, 2004 Posted December 31, 2004 it doesn't give an option of slipstreaming programs. There seems to be mis-understanding of the word here..."Slip-stream" means to *MERGE* an update into the original package (where files get replaced) - that is, if something is 7 units, a slip-stream will enable the "7" to change into "8".But apps install is not like that. Its not being merged. Its simply adding on. So if something was "seven" it becomes "seven + one".
VitoCorleone Posted January 1, 2005 Author Posted January 1, 2005 k thnxi did use the wrong word, but you know what i mean
