how to change icons?

i made an install kit with installrite and was wondering how i could change the icon on it since i'm a perfectionist

not sure if this belongs here or in unattended section

oh thanks, i only tried resedit since i assumed they were the same thing

now, i can get icons from other files like that too, right?

EDIT: ok, i changed the icon but ended up corrupting the installer

andy other ways?
