gamehead200
Whenever I unzip a file in XP, it always has the "Shw Extracted Files" check-box checked. Is there a way ti make it unchecked automatically?

gamehead200
I'm using WinAce. Isn't it the same?
Drewdatrip
Winace and win rar are ver similar..either is betterthen the built in windows version...i persioanlly use winrar, it covers all the extentions you can think of, plus it can compress files nicely too.=Drew
FthrJACK
i stopped using winace because it would have probelms with some rar files and sometimes with zips too, it would give errors or not open the file at all, so i swapped to winrar and all has been fine since.usually i open files by right clicking on them "extract as..."unless im sending a files to a certain directory.not had any trouble since i started using winrar, much beter than winace IMHO. Guest
Switch to WinRAR--> It is WinACE as well...does the same thing.ISO, Tar, RAR, ACE, BIN, and when I edit my windows cd files, I use WinRAR-> All the windows files on the cd are compressed.
