Longhorn 4074 and Virtual PC.

Has anybody gotten Microsof Virtual machine to work with LH? I got it installed, but it says that I have not enabled the netowrk driver. Has anybody run into this?

i got it working fine. i enabled the network driver but i was d/c myself. lol...but then i r/c and booted longhorn just fine.

I don't understand what you mean by... "i was d/c myself" and "i r/c"

please elaborate.

i think d/c is for disconected and guess what r/c is for reconnected lol

to conclude I got VMWare and installed it on longhorn and works fine. I am currently trying to figure out which one works better, VMWare or Virtual PC.

Try searching the forum and you'll see what I mean.

Well, to tell the truth, I was a bit dissapointed when I installed the VMware version 5 Beta. I was expecting 64-Bit emulation!

Anyway... it's still a lot better than Virtual PC
