How do I install this using the .cmd file and the update file hmtcdwizard_enu.exe?

I've searched for a bit but couldn't find it, although I found one using a .msi version of the installer, but I don't know how to get that.

Some help or tips would be greatly appreciated! (I'm a first-timer)

The MSI file can be found in your temp folder when you run the EXE.
