As Alanoll mentioned, you can get it through an MSDN license... I just went to the MSDN website and checked it out:

1012    Oct 2001    Windows® XP Home Edition, Windows® XP Professional (English)

It is located on the "Operating Systems" CD... However, I would also call Microsoft up to see if they might still have it in stock somewhere... You never know with Microsoft... They're always full of surprises!
