gamehead200 you can tranfer any os to who ever you want as long as they have their own key for it.

As Alanoll mentioned, you can get it through an MSDN license... I just went to the MSDN website and checked it out:

1012    Oct 2001    Windows® XP Home Edition, Windows® XP Professional (English)

It is located on the "Operating Systems" CD... However, I would also call Microsoft up to see if they might still have it in stock somewhere... You never know with Microsoft... They're always full of surprises! :lol:
