Does anyone know how I can set the BIOS settings automatically in my unattended installation?

well, no you cannot do it during your unattended installation.

Maybe it is possible with the windows program some Motherboard manufacturer provide but this is a too long shot

Beside I prefer to perform the BIOS update BEFORE I install Windows...

The only option remaining is to integrate your floppy image (boot floppy with a BIOS file + BIOS update program + Autoexec.bat ajusted) and add it to a multi-boot DVD.

probably Clock Speeds or something similar...

But you can't change the Bios from an unattended CD.
