hello guys how do i test rams? im using a 128MB SDRam and my friend said when my PC does not display anything on screen but there's a power it could be a bad RAM, please help im not sure if my RAMs arent really working.

if theres nothing on the screen but the computer boots up, i would check your videocard/monitor

if your computer doesnt boot, u can test your ram, best way is 2 take out all the ram except 1 stick & try that, if u only have 1 stick, try swapping it with another machine

u COULD try a stress test, but that wont really work IMO

When you turn the pc on, are there any beeps? if so how many...

if there is constant beeping the display card is faulty...

If there is 1 beep followed by 3 beeps, there is a memory fault...

If there are no beeps, then your motherboard/processor could be faulty!...
