add button to firefox

hello guys!

i'm just wondering if i can add a custom button to the firefox toolbar.

my intention is to add a new button with its own icon to link to the eBay website.

i know how to do this in IE, but i'm unsure how does it work on firefox

I never looked into it, but btw there is a (localized) search plugin for eBay too (for that box at the top right corner). Works for me...
