I'm brand new to this forum - should I assume that "The Definitive How-To Guide" is currently under major construction? Only the Home and Forum links work. Is there some other way to get to the actual guide?

Javascript needs to be enabled. There's a menu, with drop menus and such on the site. That's where the links are.
