Mail Attachment Problem

I am Trying to Attach a File from My local Machine to my Own Email Client which I created for an Online Project.

In this site the User Should attach their Resumes and Send.

I am Using CDONTS Component for the Mail

and I am Using

Set MailMe = Server.CreateObject("CDONTS.NewMail")

MailMe.From = UserEmailid

MailMe.To = EmailME

MailMe.Subject = MailSubject

MailMe.AttachFile "C:\Resume.doc"

The problem is it is giving Error at the AttachFile Line

I couldnt Attach a File to my Email When I tested it. Although My Code is supposed to be Right.
