QKnet Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Nero 6.6 doesn't want to convert WMA to MP3 or else format because of MS's license. How can I bypass this? (with proper plugin I reckon?)
MCT Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 try a different program, im guessing nero wont allow u 2 do this cuz they are a big company & dont wanna have 2 deal with gates
Astalavista Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 try googling for this softwareAdvance WMA WorkShopit is fantastic in converting mp3, wav, wmadoes everything whichever way u want.cheers
studguy1 Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 If the WMA files are DRM wrapped i.e. you purchased them from a online music store you wont be able to convert them into anything else. (& hence wont play on an ipod)
Astalavista Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 i heard otherwise....but i am not 100% but i think it can be done.i read it at www.cdfreaks.com or www.afterdawn.com
studguy1 Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 r u saying u can bypass Microsoft DRM , nope i dont think so , not yet. If you have unprotected WMA you can use Easy CD-DA Extractor to convert them to other format.
